Sign up Now! We are covering General’s John Bell Hood and Nathan Bedford Forest’s 1864 retreat from Nashville; The Round Table’s annual field trip is scheduled for Saturday, October 30, 2021. Participants will gather on October 30 th , between 6:30 and 6:45 at the east side of the Space and Rocket Center parking lot and depart at 7.

Expected time of return is between 5 and 6 p.m. It is another adventure into the final years of the Civil War with Brigadier General (Ret) John Scales leading and narrating the day tour.

Numbers matter. A minimum number of 20 participants guarantees a seat @ $80. Handouts, water and ice provided. General Scales will present an overview of the trip in September.

shaved red onion, and balsamic vinaigrette
 Fresh boneless chicken battered in Puckett’s own “fried chicken” breading
and topped with white pepper gravy. Served with mashed potatoes and
green beans

Dress for the weather; you may be more comfortable in walking shoes at a couple of places, particularly on Shy’s Hill and carry money for coffee, etc. at rest stops, as well as $20 – $25 for lunch.
